Cancellation Policy

At Triumph Bodywork we value your appointments and reserve dedicated time just for you. We recognize that schedules can change, and we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to do so results in lost opportunities for both us and our wait-listed clients. Therefore, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, which may result in forfeited appointment credits and payment. However, we understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If this happens within the 24-hour window, please contact Triumph Bodyworks via email, text, or phone to discuss possible accommodations.
